How often can you do Dr Pen m8?

How often should I use my Dr Pen? Microneedling can safely be performed every 4-6 weeks. For collagen induction you will require at least 3 treatments.

Can you get too much microneedling?

Microneedling too often can create more inflammation and pigmentation, and the skin will take even longer to heal. Stick to the instructions that come with your microneedling pen to avoid causing damage.

What serum is best for microneedling?

Hyaluronic acid serums Hyaluronic acid serums are the best and most commonly used type for microneedling because of their hydrating properties. Other great alternatives include peptides, ceramides, and EGF. Just make sure to avoid retinoids, Vitamin C, and other serums that contain acids (AHA, BHA, and lactic acid).

Is purging normal after microneedling?

This includes procedures that exfoliate the skin, peels, Morpheus RF Microneedling and lasers. Even introducing new skin care products with different ingredients such as retinoids or acids can cause skin to pimple. The technical term is purging and it is a perfectly normal reaction.
